Copper bar sinks are available with a range of drain hole sizes, so be sure the copper bar sink you are looking at has the appropriate drain hole size for your bar or kitchen application. Drain sizes are typically 1.5”, 2.0” or 3.5”. 1.5” drains are fine for copper bar sinks that will mostly be in contact with liquid, however if you are doing food preparation with your copper bar sink, the 2” or 3.5” drain size is likely a better choice.
